Ultrafuzz v0.1.3 improves campaign resumes

Ultrafuzz v0.1.3 updates how running campaigns are resumed. Unfinished tasks can now receive the project’s current prompt files, while schema changes and individual property lens failures no longer terminate the entire campaign. Lifecycle commands now use the workflow engine from Ultrafuzz’s own pnpm installation instead of installing a separate copy on each run. According to the release notes, the first resume command on the test host fell from about 43 seconds to about one second. The release also records clearer Claude Code failure causes and removes per-node cloud execution, which had not completed nodes.
